When to Use
Use when each organization has supplied its own expectation statement. This note records differences and questions; it creates no shared commitment or authority.
Keep two expectation statements distinct and prepare reciprocal questions without smoothing disagreement into agreement.

Fictional Cedar says, "We expect monthly joint reviews led by Cedar." Valley says, "We expect quarterly reviews, chaired by whoever hosts." Both add "reports on time" without a definition. These are operational room-preparation meetings and administrative handoffs only. Across an explicit complete year, monthly means 12 meetings and quarterly 4: a difference of 8, not an agreed workload.
Expect separate questions to Cedar and Valley about frequency, chairing and what on time means. Cedar's director and Valley's coordinator may confirm their own statements, but supplied delegation is absent. Keep authority UNKNOWN. Recheck exact quotes and all answerers before using the reciprocal expectations record.
CC34 and Charity Commission tools concern England and Wales; ACFID is an Australian membership code. Side-by-side quotes and reciprocal questions are original practice, not prescribed forms.
