Use This Prompt
For a buyer drafting questions after offers arrive. Use fictional or public, non-sensitive excerpts only; AI neither selects a supplier nor sends a request.
Draft neutral supplier questions from requirements, located excerpts and supplied rules, with explicit flags for changed price or substance.

The six-column table keeps questions linked to evidence; an excluded list retains risky proposals for review, not dispatch.
Fictional example: 200 A5 manuals at 12 USD each; R2 requires one-office delivery within 15 calendar days. X p2 says delivery included; p4 adds 150 USD. Y omits a delivery period. Retain both X readings: 2,400 USD and 2,550 USD. Ask X to explain its original statements, without revision. Ask Y where its original offer addresses R2. Under the invented rules, common questions go consistently to eligible suppliers; individual offer questions stay confidential. Exclude "Lower the price for 250?" as Y: changed price and quantity.
Confirm requirements, locators, calculations, confidentiality and actual rules. Remove Y/UNSURE rows from proposed dispatch. Only the authorized sender decides wording and sends outside AI. Missing rules leave sendability unresolved. See purchase specifications.
UN procurement guidance, February 2022, printed pages 101-102 and 108, distinguishes common information, confidential offer clarification and changed bids. It is UN practice, not your organization's rules. England-and-Wales charity governance sources listed below support records, authority and risk context, not procurement permission.
