Editorial status: draft. Availability to read this page does not change its editorial status or establish external validation. The review scope and unverified items are stated on this page. A review date does not establish clinical, legal, security or field suitability. Check the publisher's current material and the requirements for your task.

Start With One Opportunity Check

Use an employer's or program's official page to verify a vacancy, assignment, internship or volunteering route. Record the exact posting rather than relying on a copied message or a general careers landing page.

The publisher pages below were read on October 26, 2026. They are entry points, not promises of a current opening, eligibility, selection, sponsorship, reply or contract.

Fictional Example

Jordan, applying on behalf of no real person, receives a message about a fictional Riverbend field role. The message asks for a processing fee and links to a domain that is not the employer's careers site. Jordan searches the organization's official careers page, cannot find the posting and records the mismatch. Jordan does not pay, send identity documents or deposit a check. The note keeps the message date, claimed title and official-page check, then uses the appropriate local fraud-reporting route if needed.

Limits and Safer Use

  • A careers landing page may change and may show no suitable opening.
  • Check the exact posting and official domain before sending personal information.
  • Do not pay to obtain a job or send money from a deposited check.
  • Recruitment rules, work authorization and reporting options depend on the employer and location.
  • OpenAid does not list, broker or verify individual vacancies.

What Changed in This Draft

Version 0.4 replaces the long board catalog with an official-source opportunity check and a fictional scam-screening example. Legacy boards that were blocked or not selected remain individually held in the disposition record.
